City of Ithaca, about 10 meters N of Fairground Memorial Parkway about 610 meters W by road from the intersection with 8 Meadow St., In neglected landscaped island between sidewalk and road. Previously heavily mulched and with some planted shrubs, some of which are dying or in bad shape. The Euphorbia hypericifolia occurs in a more open (not planted with shrubs) part of the island with Senecio vulgaris and Veronica sp. The island is close to a big box (Lowes) garden center, which is partly outdoors.
