CAYUGA FLORA (1926) NOTES: Pastures and roadsides, in rich sandy or gravelly loam ; common. July. Absent only on the noncalcareous, more residual, soils of the uplands and lake cliffs of the basin. N. B. to Sask., southw. to Ga. and Kans., including the Coastal Plain.
