CAYUGA FLORA (1926) NOTES: Springy grassy half-shaded places on the lighter soils and on wet ledges, showing little relation to lime; common. Fr. July 15-Aug. N. S. to Minn., southw. to N. J., Pa., and in the mts. to N. C, including the northern part of the Coastal Plain.
